Poor network coverage

For months now I have had no network either phone or data. I have 2 contracts with 02 and I cannot find how to speak to someone other than a virtual chat. I have reported issue. I am really disappointed with 02 currently nobody can contact us and we cannot always check up on elderly parents 

all I keep getting g is the signal is busy in the area or there are technical issues… 02 you need to sort it.

virtual chat gives me a link to chat to a “real person” I click on it and it takes me to the Apple Store… very poor service and expensive contracts

You may need to try free PAYG sims from other networks to see if you can find one which gives you a better signal. O2 like others do not guarantee 100% coverage at all time
