For many months we have experienced problems with the network O2. for the past week I have to switch off my phone and restart to send or receive text messages and sometimes they even disappear. Not Happy and thinking of moving contract as you are not delivering an even mediocre service

If you're not happy and you want to leave, you'll have to pay off the remainder of your contract:

Edit: Get Pay & Go sims from the other networks to see if they provide a better signal before you cancel.
