I ordered a new phone, tracked the delivery, then rescheduled the delivery so I was able to book time off work- received confirmation of rescheduled delivery only to be told by O2 after a 1h 20min long conversation that two attempts have been made to deliver the phone the phone has been returned to O2. I had messaged O2, messaged and called DHL to ensure that they are aware I won’t be at home apart from on the rescheduled date…. Didn’t matter. According to O2 due to fraud cases DHL does not honour any rescheduled deliveries. What a lot of nonsense - I spoke to three different people no luck with any of them to find out what to do. I will cancel my upgraded and go elsewhere. I do not have time to deal with such poor customer service. Complaint email sent.
