Hi guys,

 

I'm still waiting on my pixel 9 fold from the pre order on the 15th of August 

Is anyone else in the same boat?

I've had no luck calling 202

I don't know anything more than you @Jimidawonder as this is a customer to customer forum so we are all O2 customers - just like you ! 

 

However, if you search this forum, you will find other threads about the Pixel handsets and issues with their delivery.

have a look at the thread that is running on the issue, as by the sounds of it you will be given misleading information by the Customer Services Team, even the Social Team haven't been much help to other customers
