Hi, I have tried to purchase a new sim. I was a previous customer, however when I went to check out I failed the credit check! My credit score is excellent so there must be another reason. When another persons tries to make the purchase it does not accept the postcode! Any advice on how I deal with this issue. Thanks

You may be better off going elsewhere as these things seem to take time sorting out
