Does anyone know how long it is taking for the Sony bluetooth headphones and Sony music unlimited passcodes for the Z1 promotion to be delivered after they have registered? Mine are taking ages to come 😞

Thanks for your reply. Yes I completed the form the same day I got my phone, (22nd Feb), but there was no email conformation or anything to say my claim had been received. It's not quite 6 weeks yet, but usually things don't actually take that long in reality.

I have just upgraded to the Z1 with the headphones offer.
When opening the box containing the phone, there is a leaflet explaining that I need to go to www.sonymobile.com/O2offer and complete the form.
When you enter the above address into your web browser, it re-directs you to the main website - www.sonymobile.com/gb
I have 2 questions - is the offer still running, and why does the website not work?
If the offer is not running, why is it still on the o2 website and why is it being promoted by their customer services team?
If I had known the offer was no longer valid, then I would have not upgraded with o2 but taken out a new contract with ee at a lower price!
I hope someone that can help gets back to me...
