i sent my device and sim card back in 14 days period, way over a month ago and my account is yet to be closed. and i've yet to be refunded for the money thyey have taken off. Everytime i call up they say they are cancelling the account and my money will be refunded and i wait and nothing changes. It feels like they're taking the mick. very very awful company never again.
