The O2 4G service in my area has been noticeably rubbish since around Christmas time. When I log a report with 'My Network', I get told that there's nothing wrong with the network. It isn't my phone because when I go into town, the signal is fine.
I get the odd text message to say that a mast is down and then it's back up and then it's down again but even when it's back up and running, it isn't what it used to be. I'm having to use WiFi calls at home all the time now.
Is anyone else receiving these sorts of issues?
