An ongoing saga of changing number with my prior O2 number to new contract SIM. I started on 22nd Dec and am getting nowhere 27 (yes, 27 experts/advisors in....)

O2 Social Media Team can help - it might take a couple of days of poking at them periodically via either Twitter/X, Facebook or Instagram, but it usually gets results that work vs the perpetual handoff to other teams, waiting for a service agent to call you back or the plain inability to understand your problem on the phone.
