I've just taken out a new 24 month contract. I've also had a Classic Pay As You Go for several years (which I'm maintaining). When I log on to My O2 it's only showing my the PAYG.
I ported in an old number and that seems to have been activated yesterday, although I haven't received any notifications.
I appear to have dropped off the radar. Any advice greatly appreciated!

You need a new login for the new contract.
You need to contact O2.
