Nope, but on Android, one Sim only.

Just tested mine. Nope all correct

@Martin-O2 the 4 bars v displayed is on every test i do just now i had zero data network 3G yet it still displayed 4 bars 3G !

I'm 100 metres from a mast with full bars.. 30 meg down & about phone is showing -109 dbm

But according to the nerd, that's a poor signal..

And today in the middle of nowhere with barely a signal  / emergency calls only I'm at 

So this negative value malarkey is just that!
