Short codes have always been a no-no with TuGo. We have requested this to be a feature many times but it seems to be a security issue.

Thing is it wasn't a short code, it was a mobile type of number (my bank offer both a short code and normal mobile number for most things) I don't mind adding the number. 07786 208263 @jonsie
I did try the short code first, TuGo just pops up with unable to use short codes but I thought the mobile number would've been fine... The t&cs are obvs bang on as it just wouldn't recognise my password, at all!
