Why do the people who man the live chat app continue to give you the same answer to a question that you haven't asked! Why do I need to give 30 days notice when my contract has already ended?

Because it automatically reverts to a rolling 30 day contract (so you don't get cut off).
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Have you checked for problems in your area?

Trying sims from other networks can help you find the best one for you.

Often cleaning or replacing the sim can make a huge difference.

Have you got call divert set. You can't blame O2 for you having to check your own voicemail
