The bigger the company the more complaints, see this across all sectors in Tech and retail, and with any big customer facing and internal system and platform changes it causes more issues, been there and got the scars from doing big migrations of both types of platforms...
Just with VMo2 would bring CS back to the UK or Ireland and invest more in that side, but think they are looking at AI, Bots and Self Service as a more sustainable solution
