What's the point in posting links to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to ask for help, when all they do is send you back to o2 home page saying

We're sorry, we're unable to help you with this from this channel.
And when you go to the homepage you have to sit and wait from 8am to 8pm for 2 days praying someone will message you, but they don't. Then you call customer services only to be told they can't help you at all. If I had known how diabolical this mobile company was I would have never signed up to it. I will never recommend o2 to anyone. And if you want to complain well that's a different story, takes around 14 days for someone to look at it then possibly get back to you, still waiting by the way

@CliveJ what is the context to the problem?

Be interesting to know how niche the problem is, that even customer services cannot help you.

If you are within your 14 days cool off you can look to jump ship or you'll have to wait for your contract to expire.  If the latter then hope you get whatever it is 😶 sorted beforehand.

I am trying to get an additional line for my partner, but only problem is I work away and it has to be delivered to where I am, but they don't want to know. As for the 14 days, I am cancelling my contract as found a better and more reliable service

@CliveJ I suspect you will find that any network will only deliver the sim to the home location, so that there is no fraud happening, as you'll see from other conversations where someone ordered a sim in someone else's name.  Have a try though and see how it goes. That's good on the better contract, hope all goes well.

@CliveJ whoever you go with. You'll probably find it easier to pop into to the local shop of whichever network, as you'll be able to get a SIM in your hand for your additional connection.
