So I recently bought a sim only deal from o2. They sent me the email confirming I had placed the order last thursday. That email said that they would update me on it's progress and give information on its' delivery, which I haven't got yet. All the info I see online says the way to track orders is to go into my O2, but in order for me to do that, I need to put in my mobile number, which I can't do because I don't have the sim yet. Any suggestions?

Is there any other option? I'm not near a landline currently, and obviously don't have a mobile until this arrives.

They gave me an order number on the confirmation email. Is that my tracking number?
Also, I can't use live chat, they need an o2 mobile number.

I know you can't use chat, which is why I said you need to call, but obviously you need to get to a landline first.
CS will track your order from the order number.
