Have you paid more than you should , like me

After all of the media coverage about mobile phone users paying more than they should after going beyond the initial contract term I thought that I should look at my contract date. It turned out that my contract run out nearly 8 months ago , and yet I had been charged the full phone+calls tariff all this time . So I asked about a refund , and was basically told "NO" . CHECK YOUR CONTRACTS FOLKS  , because 02 will take your money if you dont.

Not happy , been with 02 for years , now thinking of moving on.

THANKS 02

If this was a Refresh contract then you are legally entitled to the handset overpayments to be refunded.

If a normal 24 month contract then O2 are correct.

It's up to people to read T&Cs and be aware of contract lengths.

This would have to be CPW as the refresh tariff payment stops automatically when all paid up.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
