IT APPEARS I HAVE BEEN SWITCHED AGAINST MY KNOWLEDGE AND WILL. I DO NOT TRUST 02 IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM AND I WANT NOTHING FURTHER TO DO WITH 02.

Against your knowledge and will is a bit far as Virgin have been telling everyone for months that all Mobile customers are moving to o2. 


Your only option is to pay off your remaing minimum term in full all the details on how to do this is in this guide Guide: Cancelling Your Contract 

 

If this is linked to any Volt Packages you will expect to see a price increase.

@REES1 When you talk to O2, don't shout. Be firm but polite. That's the best way to get results

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
