From vrigin to o2 technical problems still not sorted !!

Been changed over from virgin to o2 and since all incoming calls show as unknown number . I have spent numerous phone calls with o2 and finding so annoying as I have contacts with names and show when calling out just no incoming calls . I have a Motorola g62 5g and my husband's has an older Motorola make phone and no problems. This starting happening when it was changed over so must be 02 as can't see anything on my phone in settings to change etc . So annoying as like to know who calling or a missed call .

Anyone else having this problem!!

Lots of posts re no caller ID, especially on some Motorola phones.

I would be tempted to call into an O2 shop with photo ID and get yourself a propper O2 SIM card

Yep I have the same went into O2 store and have been told it's a problem with O2 /virgin swop over on Motorola phones....had I known I would have bought another Samsung!!
