From beginning of June 2020 we (me and my partner) had "free upgrade options". My partner found mobile phone as he wanted and upgraded contract. He received a new phone and free headphones!
The phone I wanted wasn't available. And when I found it, on my account there was not free upgrade options anymore.
I had to pay £281 if I wanted upgrade.

I don't understand why O2 changed this option? There was no information that is limited or time limit option.
The most awful thing is, when I called O2 the advisor told me, that "they can't change my contract and that free option was never available". This is a lie!
My partner new contract is the proof!

I can't trust this company anymore. I need to change provider as soon as I can!
