I upgraded both of my phones today to the new HTC one M8 and recycled my old iPhones. I dealt with a very pleasant girl called Olivia. I would just like to pass on my biggest thanks to her for all the help she gave me! It was a very long call so thanks for her patience! She was so helpful and gave me the best customer service I have ever received, she deserves a big bonus or a raise! Thanks again Olivia for reminding me why I stay with O2!

It was only revealed and put on sale today, so I doubt the OP has it yet, but I'll be interested in hearing their experience with it once they have it for a bit.

Should have new phones Thursday 🙂 looks like a fab phone! My upgrade was due on the day the m8 was first leaked so glad I waited! Will deffo pass comments on to @Toby

And to top it all off, I had the upfront costs for the phone waivered and got £200 house of Fraser vouchers and £230 back on my old phones!
