I’m currently in Spain for a few weeks. In the UK, my contract allows me 100gb of data. I’m aware of the 25gb limit in Europe but I would like to know if this 25gb limit resets each month. My monthly period begins the 1st of each month but I’ve just received a message from O2 telling me I’ve reached my 25gb limit. It is now 4th December and my usage in my O2 account is saying I’ve 97gb remaining. Is the message just a delayed thing or what. Anybody any ideas. Thanks

It's 25gb per billing period.

Data usage abroad is often delayed as it relies on the roaming network feeding back to O2.
