Pre ordered my iPhone 5 as a direct upgrade with O2 thinking I would be one of the first to get the iPhone 5, paid upfront, still waiting for the phone.
Everyone else has got theirs and I could have got one from a shop by now or from other network providers.
Disappointed, will never pre order again with O2, and at the end of my 24 month new contract, I will be looking at another network provider to get the iPhone 5s.
Sorry O2, you've just lost another loyal customer, don't know why I'm apologising for this, it should be O2 apologising.

All the networks are likely to have the same issue, Its a bit silly if you leave o2 for another network that cant also meet the demand forthe iphone 5.Always the same at iphone launches you cant keep everyone happy.

Sorry Penny123, I can't agree with you as the other networks can cope as other people I know have their phones, my local Apple store was also in a position to sell me a phone straight away, had I not already paid my money to O2 for a so called 'priority' pre-order, I could have bought an iPhone 5 and be using it by now.

I'm with you on this one waf, this is just not good enough, feel like I've paid upfront just to be held in a queue and tied into O2, not happy.

Hi Liquid, are you sure you don't work for O2? Sounds like the response I would expect from their so called customer services.
