Hi,
I need help, I have sent a claim to 3 emails of O2 and none get answer.
When I call the call centre they are unable to put me in contact with a claim team.
How can I create a claim with O2 ? what is the process or contact details ?

I had an issue with an order,then been told it will be resend but didn't get it, just the sim.
Call back and told i want to cancel all.
Finally after nearly 1h30 min I've been told I will be refund.
TRUE STORY: I have been charged twice and on top I have received a letter 'ENFORCEMENT AND TERMINATION LETTER'
I just want to be in contact with a CLAIML team to sorte out this as call centre agent are useless

O2 site give this email for a CLAIM (complaintreviewservice@o2.com) but this email doesn't work anymore.

No direct phone to complaints.
At the moment any complaint made is taking about 8 weeks. Each time you complain resets the clock

Thanks for this, but the email is no more active. I have already tried this email. All emails get rejected.
So that's mean there is no way to do a complaint with O2.

How do you know it's not active?
Did it bounce or is it simply no response.
