Changing after disconnection

Called over two months ago to disconnect my watch as it was fully paid off. Started charging me for the tariff again last month.

just called and the lady I spoke to was quite ‘short’ with me, cancel the tariff again and ended the call by putting the phone down on me!

How bloody rude are you!

Lots of problems with accounts as O2 have made a mess of a system upgrade

Maybe best talking to Payment Management 

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
