I used my switch up to upgrade to an iPhone 16plus and swiftly changed my mind as it gave me migraines. I returned the phone within the first day of receiving it and had to wait three weeks without phone service while they processed the return (due to some technical error) as they cancelled my sim.
My sim has been restored however, I can no long use switch up on my account. I thought you could change your mind at least once? Has this happened to anyone else? If I want to upgrade I now have to wait 90 days to add the bolt on, or pay to upgrade. Surely if the phone was returned and the upgrade cancelled, I was restored to my original tarif?
