Yet again a little bit of bad weather and everything is slow!! Phone mast not working correctly so have limited access to the Internet! Takes ages for anything to load! It's not just a one off if 9 times out of 10 as soon as we get a hit of bad weather!!! Will O2 compensate for this at all???

No, I doubt it tbh.
You can ask but highly unlikely unless you get someone in a really great mood slight_smile

When we have bad weather it's always the Sky signal that I lose first. Never O2. Smiley Very Happy

Heavy rain or snow will block satellite signals as well as radio signals.
Unfortunately it's all down to the laws of physics.
