Like others I have read on here I am being threatened with sanctions for non payment even though bank statement proves it has gone out. Virtual assistant was useless and the numbers given to seek help either are “ not in service” or go through to another useless bot.

It appears payments taken on the 20th have been an issue.

O2 are building up a nice history of not recording payments then blaming the customer.
