4G signal issues

Over the past month, my 4G has been dropping straight to Edge in my area. It never used to do this but signal checker says everything is working fine. Is anyone else having trouble? Thanks.
Current devices: Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max, Apple iPad Pro 11” and Apple Watch Series 9 (all with O2)
