02 owe me over £1500 - which they have agreed to refund - but failed to actually refund me despite telling me it will be in my account in 10 days. I have been told this countless times over the last 4 months, and the stress is terrible.
I am told:
1. We need to refund to your card - we go through the process - nothing.
2. We need to set up a DD so we can refund to your account - I do it and nothing.
3. Sorry - a supervisor did not sign it off. We have to do the process again with supervisor sign off.
These same excuses and actions are repeated on a loop every time I call, and I am told to wait 10 days. They go back to the beginning and when I say it didn't work last time - they respond with - the Credit Management Team have told us we should take this action.
This has gone on for 4 months and I have been chasing relentlessly.
The stress and the hours wasted on calls is a disgrace. There is no point me calling the Business Accounts Team - they are the people telling me this.
