Hello there, I've just opened a new tablet contract with o2 for the Alcatel Plus 10, I received the device yesterday and after using it I find it's not that good performance wise I wasn't expecting much for £15 p/month but it's just a bit sluggish, I'm wondering if I will be OK to return it to o2 and will I get my deposit back I had to pay before contract agreement

If you want a fast tablet you need to look at Sony Z4

I had an Asus previously which wasn't too bad but no where near as fast as the Xperia is, although that's running android, not windows.

Thanks, I've just rang and they are sending out a bag to return it, I've ordered the Tab Pro S from PC world at a cheaper rate, one more question, I asked if this month's rental would be required as I've only had the device less than 24hours and he said that would be waived is that correct?
