I need to divert a mobile phone number to another mobile phone within our account but we can't do it from the iphone. Can anyone tell me how I can do this from within our O2 account online please?

You need to speak to O2 on 8002 or message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

It's not always available and tbh, I wouldn't bother with it for something like this.
