hello, I bought an esim mega and I wanted to remove the ban related to the age, but I was told that I am tied to a business plan and that I have to change it first. How, you do it even better.

Did you buy this esim from esim.net by any chance, as they sell the o2 mega esim, and it is true that you are a business customer but to make it more complicated you are not a customer of o2 but of esim.net and all age restrictions need to be done by them in the esim portal 

 

o2 can and will not help you with these esims, as the company tells you..

Yes, that's exactly how I bought the e sim net. What does that mean for me when it comes to consumption, speed, etc. Generally, if everything doesn't go well, I stop using it and look for another provider. Do you know what the rockee offer,is the same as the O2 Mega offer?

Absolutely nothing with speed or anything changes, just customer support is all provided by esim.net, and there support is very good (I have a Vodafone esim through them and have had replies to email within an hour)..

 

I have no idea what Rockee is sorry...
