Hi, looking for some urgent support!
o2 has turned off my business account due to an unpaid bill, which I have evidence of paying. Whenever I tried to ring customer services last week to discuss it rang out for over 40 mins! Now today, they have switched me off so I can't call anyone!
Have tried emailing but to no avail. This whole situation is ridiculous and hugely maddening!! Why is it impossible to speak to a human being to get this fixed??
