It's not stupid @Danielle95 You go for what you want at the end of the day. If it's a good deal and will be a new phone then go for it. Make it an early christmas present to yourself...

Is your contract finished now?
If so and you're happy with the phone why not go sim free. Or pay off the device and take out a 12 month sim only deal?
