Hi i've got an iphone5 and can't recieve picture messages it keep telling me to go online to view. Can anyone tell me what to do

ring customer services and get mms provisioned 202 pay monthly 4445 payg.

Then ensure you have the correct apn's depending on pay monthly iphone tariff pay monthly or payg.
