Solved: no service on new iphone 7

got new upgrade today. All working fine till 6 m then suddenly no service. Ive turned it on and off and hubby us on o2 with no issues with his phone next to mine.

helpful automated service said they have text me a link to do checks but how can i get it with no service!!!!

Sounds like your sim swap is going through.
Try rebooting the phone every half an hour until service is resumed.
If not working by the morning give customer service a call http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
