Make an appointment at an Apple store using the online link and insist they check the MMS spec by sending you one and vica versa.

When they see the issue they will hopefully give you a mint refurb or new one.

Hi,

Have you thought about popping into an 02 store and seeing a Guru or into an Apple Store to see a Genius or specialist for them to look over the phone and test its settings.

Ask them explicitly to reprovision mms on your account.

Then if on pay monthly iphone data bolton do a reset network settings.
