O2 travel bolt ons are free and only function when outside of the UK, so if you're in UK there's no need to do anything as it won't effect your normal phone use.

I presumed you were actually talking about the International bolt on (For £3.00 per month) This allows you cheaper calls when in the UK and calling abroad.

O2 Travel and O2 Travel Inclusive are free anyway, so you would not have paid for either of those.
