Upgraded yesterday to iPhone 5s in stock and was wondering how long does it take before my item gets dispatched?

spoke to someone online, been told deliveries by dpd
spoke to another person online asking how long does it take but she ended the chat session on me! very rude customer service
on the phone now but busy as usual!

If the order is still in progress there won't be much they can tell you until it's either approved or not.
I think the reason you were cut off is a fault in their phone systems.

I have asked for a new number with the early upgrade and my old number is not working and my current sim card has been updated with the new number so i think its safe to say it's been approved? unless they do it even if not approved lol
just got thru to someone on the phone and been told phone of out stock when online says in stock and been told by an advisor when placing the order it was in stock!
unhappy isn't the word

Well at least your not waiting around for the info ,and so the phone call suggestion helped .
Have they given you any indication of when it may be back in stock ?
The iPhone 5s is still in limited availability.
You could pop into your local o2 shop if your passing to see if they have any instock, and upgrade instore instead. Just a thought.

3-6 weeks!
i dont understand why say its in stock on the website when its not
its false advertising and o2 is misleading customers!
i paid an early fee plus 80quid for the phone just to be lied to!
