Hi all,

Just wondering, does anyone use there iPhone without a case and if so does it cause much damage from general wear and tear?

Regards

Hi,

I used my iPhone 5s without a case for a while but due to it being super slippy I now use an official iPhone 5s Apple Leather case, to add grip mostly.

I did use my iPhone 4s naked but after a grip issue at work I was left with a slight blemish on the corner of the casing, at which point I decided not to use my future iphones without some form of case.

I would not recommend a metal one as they can interfere with signal and in my case it marked the antenna even tho it has cushions inside it. It was the deff cleave one.

I also use the cheap bumper cases with my iPhone 5 from fleabay which again add grip but little protection, and the antenna band chipped easily so the bumper helped stop that.

The iPhone 5s antenna seems to be much better.

I'm using my iPhone 4S without case (because I got it used and it wasn't protected before). The metalframe has some scratches, but apart from that there's no problem with it.

But actually ordered a case last week, because I'll get a new 4S tomorrow. I don't like scratches.

Seems an expensive way of going about things.

Dont like scratches so get a case off the bat so you dont need to purchase a replacement.

Lol.

I use the official leather case from Apple on 5s. It cost me £35, very steep pricing! The leather started to fade and wear down after just two weeks. I like the colour of it, it adds personality to my phone but also adds grip. The phone without a case is way to slippy, the case makes it just right.

What is CEX? I'm currently looking for a smart case for my iPad Mini but not really feeling the £55 price tag Apple have on their cases..

Cex started off as "Computer Exchange" but then spread out into anything to do with Entertainment, so now they do computers, games consoles, phones, tablets, accessories and anything else that falls under the "entertainment" banner.
Their website is www.webuy.com

Hi @Anonymous

They also have shops in the high-street.

Basically members sell their unwanted gardgets and accessories to them.

They book in phones , computers and games consoles for around 1hour to check they work and are not stolen etc ,before buying them off registered members.

They sell games consoles games and DVD's too.

They are pretty good for accessories too.

Thats where I cme upon the iPhone 5s leather case for £18.00 a massive saving on the retail cost from an Apple Shop.

Bouncy
