Waiting a week for dispatch

Hey, I ordered two apple watches in different colours last Friday. One of them is ready for collection tomorrow and a DHL depot but I haven’t received any dispatch email for the other. I’ve tried calling 202 numerous times and sat on hold for hours and hours without any help. I’ve tried live chat and they just keep saying dispatch is in process. Can anyone help me out 😟

You need to contact O2 directly I'm afraid.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
Or 202 from your O2 mobile.
Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
When you call 202, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.

It's difficult to get through but keep trying.

Early morning from 8.00am is best time to try.

Managed to get through and was just told the exact same information that I was told on live chat that dispatch is in process. Waste of time
