Hi.
I broke my iPhone 6s a couple of weeks back and Apple replaced it for me. I decided NOT to restore the backup to my phone and start with a clean phone. However my Visual Voicemail isn't working.
I looked on the forum, tried texting "STATE" to 9011, turned off the phone and back on again then called my phone and left a message but still not working.
Anyone have any other suggestions?

For completeness, I tried ringing 1750, turning my phone off, leaving myself a message, turning it on again - nothing.
I have WiFi turned off. Data is working fine (including roaming) my network settings for data, visual voicemail, MMS, et al are using mobile.o2.co.uk.

Try calling customer services on 202 to check that you have the correct iData bolt on on your account.

Definitely need idata bolt on and idata settings on the phone. Sounds like the phone settings. ...
