If I already pay for 500MB a month on my iphone for data, will i be able to use this when i travel to poland???

Its best practice to turn off 3g whilst abroad or better still if your phone is unlocked buy a local sim card whilst your away.

Check that any insurance you may have covers your phone abroad.

Safer still if its a short holiday leave your phone at home !
