Hi

I have had 2 days of trying ot get O2 to unlock a phone I bought from O2 in UK - I am still in UK.

I have spoken to two experts in chats who have taken my IMAP code and send me away to unlatch from Itunes once I have inserted an non O2 only to get no service.  What am I going wrong.  I have tried everything.  including resetting the phone.  Apple are stating its o2 at fault

@Frazzled If the phone says no service it means there is a fault with either the phone or sim you are trying to use.

If the phone was locked you would get a message on screen saying activation not supported by carrier.

Are you trying with an active SIM card?
