Unlcocking iPhone 6 in a different country

Hello,

I gave my sister my old iphone 6 to use in Greece. The phone was locked and I called O2 to unlock it. They told me that she needed to use an unclocked sim card and connect the phone to itunes.

She did that but it has not worked. Any idea how to get that phone unlocked?

You need to wait until o2 email you to say it has been unlocked first.
