@ChadersYou need to request a refund through the App Store, and then when requesting the refund choose the option "A Child/Minor made purchase without permission".
Bare in mind Apple may decline the request, as they will be able to see how it was authorised, and if you had selected no password on app store purchases.

You can use restrictions (Settings > Screen Time > Content and Privacy Restrictions > iTunes and App Store Purchases >
Disallow In-App purchases
Always Require password for additional purchases
Disallow Installing apps
Disallow deleting apps
Also reset your Apple ID password to something that is more complex and your child does not know.
Also put a spend cap on your account to prevent this happening again.
