Sorry Man and the poorest CS call I have had with not a single reason to stay with o2

Just spent 30 mins on the phone to someone in retention who was so dull boring and sorry. They gave me no reason to stay with O2 whatsoever and his emphasis was intense and all about what he couldn't do and what the system can't do at all and kindly explained that all a manager is going to do is give me contact details for CS.

23 months ago I joined o2 with a new connection Samsung A3, then 3 months later another connection with  at the time with the newly released Xperia Z3 Plus. As so many other people I had an abundance of issues with the Sony device and eventually o2 very kindly offered an iPhone in replacement after 3 different replacements all failed.

The advisor changed the contract and explained that one benefit of this 20gb data would be that I could share the data with my Girlfriends number for which I was the acc holder. At the time I thought great and didn't try it straight away, but was going to as her needs changed. In Jan 2016 I took out a 3rd account for an IPad Pro, it was on a Saturday so later I found out that it wasn't even o2 I was dealing with and a 3rd party. To cut a long story short lots more lies got sold - £12.50 extra I have been paying over what was agreed per month for the last year now. No data sharing as both advisors that told me I could both misinformed me, it has to be something that is set up at the very start of the contract. Sales are great at selling lies at o2 and CS are very good at not being able to help or do anything! WHY the heck should I stay with o2???????

I'm tired of how lame CS has become and lack of ownership at any point.
