So I have a Ford kuga (2018) and I used to be able to press and hold the hands free and ask Siri to plays songs through Spotify but the last couple of weeks Siri says ‘sorry I cannot do this while you are in the car’ it’s so annoying!! Help!

Now I come to think of it, there was a Bluetooth update in one of the recent iOS updates, so you might also need to delete and re-pair the phone to the car.

Only other thing I can think of is to check with Ford if there any software updates for the car.
