Easiest way is to edit your contacts in iTunes and then sync to your phone.

I can think of many reasons. Care to elaborate some more on your exact problem, phone, location, what you've done etc... It will save me time typing a bunch of irrelevant stuff wink

Hi ! I always had 3 bars signal strength but now I only get 1 sometimes 2. This causes the phone to cut out when Im trying to make or recieve a call. Ive not changed anything.

Have you checked if a mast is down in your area? http://status.o2.co.uk/

Edit: I believe a mast on a Hosptal building has been decomissoned in your area. It might take a while for a new one to be erected. Meantime switch your phone to 2G only.
